Angel Stadium is one of the July stops of the Kenny Chesney 2013 No
Shoes Nation Tour as it continues its summer voyage in Anaheim CA on Saturday July
27th. Kenny chose No Shoes Nation as his 2013 summer tour name this
year to honor his loyal followers. For the past twenty years they have stood
behind him as he built one of the most successful lists of music and high selling
summer concert events. In fact he was honored in November 2012 with two Billboard Touring Awards for which he thanks his fans and dedicates the 2013 tour to them.
Joining Kenny on stage to open for the 2013 Tour are Eric Church, The
Eli Young Band and Kacey Musgraves. Eric Church was a no-brainer for
Kenny as he currently is the 2012 CMA Album of the Year award for Chief.
Kenny could see the Eli Young Band with their Crazy Girl AMC Song of
the Year for 2012 as a great addition for this summer's tour. To complete
the opening team Kenny asked Kacey Musgraves, an upcoming
singer/songwriter, to go on tour after he listened to her debut single
Merry Go Round. You could say, Welcome to the Fishbowl folks and get ready for a super show!
